NXT Cloud Chat – Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies specifically to the NXT Cloud Chat WordPress plugin (“Product”). The Product is developed and distributed by NXTWEBSITE and sold as a digital software license. By purchasing and using the Product, you agree to this policy in addition to the applicable Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of the Product

NXT Cloud Chat is a self-hosted WordPress plugin. It requires:

  • A functional WordPress installation
  • Compatible hosting/server environment
  • Proper configuration of the WhatsApp Cloud API
  • Compliance with third-party platform policies

The Product is delivered electronically and no physical goods are shipped. Therefore, physical returns are not applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • A verified technical defect prevents the core functionality of the plugin.
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.
  • Our support team is unable to provide a working solution within a reasonable time after investigation.

Refund requests must be submitted through the official Support Portal and must include order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect setup, configuration errors, or incomplete API integration.
  • Server, hosting, or PHP version incompatibility.
  • Conflicts with third-party themes or plugins.
  • Business expectation mismatch or feature assumptions not listed in product documentation.
  • WhatsApp account rejection, suspension, or policy violations.
  • API rate limits or third-party service restrictions.

4. WhatsApp Cloud API & Meta Charges

NXT Cloud Chat integrates with the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Conversation fees and other charges are billed separately by Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) according to their pricing policies.

NXTWEBSITE does not control Meta’s policies, pricing, approval processes, or account decisions. Meta-related charges are not refundable by NXTWEBSITE under any circumstances.

5. License Key Deactivation

If a refund is approved:

  • The associated license key will be deactivated immediately.
  • Access to updates and support will be revoked.
  • You must discontinue use of the Pro version.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers must contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate license suspension
  • Permanent account restriction
  • Denial of future purchases

7. Free Version Evaluation

A free version of NXT Cloud Chat may be available for evaluation. Customers are encouraged to review documentation and test compatibility before purchasing the Pro version.

8. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the respective payment gateway or financial institution. NXTWEBSITE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

9. International Customers

This policy applies globally. For customers in the European Union or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, statutory rights remain unaffected. Where digital access is granted immediately upon purchase, withdrawal rights may not apply as permitted under digital goods regulations.
